Bishop Williams is an accomplished musician, published author, gifted teacher and anointed preacher. He is focused on fulfilling the mandate and ministry to which God has called him.
He strives to preach a balanced word in an unbalanced world and raise up believers who live victoriously while declaring to the world that we are unapologetically Christian.

Pastor Kelli Willams is the amazing wife to Bishop James A. Williams II. She is recognized as the driving force behind Spirit & Truth Christian Ministries.
When the church, Spirit & Truth runs smoothly, it's because of Pastor Kelli. She handles a variety number of responsibilities and tasks to make sure that the needs of the ministry are met. She is truly the heart of Spirit & Truth.
Her clean hands and a pure heart makes way for the praise & worship to usher in the Spirit of the Living God and gives glory. Along side Bishop Williams, they help to empower the people with pure unadulterated Word.
Pastor of Spiritual Formation
Pastor Thomasyne Petty Faulkner is the pastor of Spiritual Formation at Spirit & Truth. She is a praying woman of vision and determination.
Pastor Faulkner is passionate about spreading the teachings of the Bible. As a full time Bible Study instructor, she has taught over 70 Bible Study topics from the year 2000 and continues to provide excellent teachings at Spirit & Truth.
Dr. Faulkner is a dynamic leader and teaches principles of the Word that may be adapted to everyday living. Her love of God and His people is evident in the way her nurturing spirit ministers on healing the broken heart and thus becoming a whole single person. This sincere mothers' love allows the members of Spirit & Truth to grow in the Word and become vessels fit for the Master's use.
